Frances Mostellar joined Southpace Properties in 2025 after graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She majored in Marketing with a minor in Sales, equipping her with a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and relationship-building.
While at Auburn, Frances interned with the City of Opelika’s Economic Development team, where she supported industry recruitment efforts and workforce development initiatives. That experience sparked her interest in commercial real estate and gave her valuable insight into how business growth impacts local economies. It also strengthened her understanding of market dynamics and economic development strategies.
Frances is a member of RBN and is passionate about bringing energy, curiosity, and a fresh perspective to the Southpace team. She’s eager to continue learning and growing in her career while contributing to meaningful projects across the region. Outside of work, Frances enjoys spending time on the water, running, traveling, and being with friends and family.
