Alex Holt is a commercial real estate professional at Southpace Properties, specializing in asset management, acquisitions, and investment strategy throughout Alabama and the Southeast. With a background in operations and finance, Alex takes a strategic and client-focused approach to creating value across a diverse portfolio of properties.
He holds a dual degree in Business Management and Environmental Science from Rollins College, where he was a four-time Conference Honor Roll recipient, Vice President of Finance for the NCAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and honored as Teammate of the Year by the athletic department. Alex went on to earn his MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham while working full-time in the industry.
Outside of real estate, Alex is a dedicated youth soccer coach in Vestavia Hills and remains actively engaged in his community. He values strong relationships, clear communication, and long-term results in every aspect of his work.
