The former Southside Wells Fargo building located at 2401 6th Avenue South sold yesterday (2/28/2019). John Lauriello and Blake Crowe brokered the transaction for the 16,000 square foot building which sits on approximately 57,000 square feet land. Wells Fargo will continue to operate an ATM on-site. Plans for the building and lot are being considered at this point. This transaction is significant as we continue to see Lakeview and the UAB medical district converge in this area.
