Bill McDavid represented the bank in the closing of the Williams Building at 1930 Leighton Avenue in Anniston, Alabama. The bank foreclosed on the approximately 35,000 square-foot property in March of 2018 and vacated all tenants. The building was originally designed for, and leased to multiple medical practices. The purchaser bought the building as an investment for the same purpose.
