Julie Gieger, CCIM, CPM was named “2016 Certified Property Manager of the Year” by the Alabama Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). This award recognizes a real estate management professional for dedication in achieving management excellence and advancing the profession. Julie will also serve as Treasurer on the board of the Alabama IREM Chapter 43 in 2017.
IREM is an international community of real estate managers dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing the value of investment real estate and promoting superior management through education and information sharing.
