Isabella Amezquita joined Southpace in July 2024 as the Retail Coordinator, supporting the Retail Team in all aspects of marketing, deal management and transaction coordination. She assists with creating and updating marketing materials, managing deal pipelines, drafting contracts, and supporting the completion of the team’s retail projects. She also leads the company’s marketing efforts, handling social media, email campaigns and other various projects.
She graduated with honors from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing with a dual minor in Real Estate and Sales.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Isabella developed an appreciation for diverse and dynamic markets. She is relationship-driven and has a passion for expanding her knowledge. Isabella enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants!
