Southpace is excited to welcome Alyssa Waters as our newest Associate Broker! A Birmingham native and Samford alum, Alyssa is passionate about local businesses and the grass roots movement that is reshaping the Birmingham metro – a movement she is excited to play a part in. Alyssa brings with her 5 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, specializing in Tenant Representation as well as Client Acquisition and Disposition. Alyssa has previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield | EGS Commercial Real Estate and most recently Southeast Commercial Real Estate within the industry. She has 12 years of experience with business development, marketing, and sales, where she has proven her talent of building and maintaining business relations and negotiations. She has worked with office, industrial and retail tenants including SARCOR, National Cement, Charter Communications, Charted Media, Hairfolk, and Painted Shovel.
In 2018, Alyssa served as the Birmingham CREW’s Chapter President and will remain active on the board in 2019 as Past President. She is passionate about the organization, which fosters the success of women in Commercial Real Estate and the men working with them.
