Stephen “Steve” Lazarus, Associate Broker, joined Southpace in 2004 and brought with him experience in public and private accounting as well as multi-family real estate investment and operations. With his prior experience in multi-family investments, Steve successfully specializes in multi-family sales and investments.
Steve graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree. He is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and a member of the Birmingham Board of Realtors. Steve was recognized in 2007 and 2008 for reaching the Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club. In 2008, 2019, and 2021, Steve was recognized as one of Southpace’s Top 5 Producers. Steve was inducted into the Commercial Sales Achievement Club in 2009 and in 2011 he was recognized as a New Life Member in the Commercial Sales Achievement Club.
