Blake Crowe

Blake Crowe joined Southpace Properties in 2000 and began his career in commercial real estate. He specializes in office landlord and tenant representation, office acquisition and disposition, as well as office investments. Blake has completed 565 transactions in his time as an associate broker and his transaction volume exceeds over $199M.

Blake obtained his CCIM designation in 2004 and has served on the Alabama CCIM Chapter Board of Directors. He has served as a board member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). Blake is recognized as a Lifetime Member by the Birmingham Board of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club as well as the Birmingham Commercial Realtors Council (BCRC). Blake was awarded Young Broker of the Year by NAIOP in 2006 and “Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate by the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ). Blake is recognized consistently as one of Southpace’s Top 5 Performers.
